Muster Up is a new name in Queensland mustering, but our experience is proven. We provide helicopter mustering and ground crew support to help property owners manage livestock safely, efficiently, and with care.
Our Story
Founded by David and Ashleigh Draicchio, who have worked for years as subcontractors to BAJ Helicopters, Muster Up was created to bring a trusted, professional mustering service under its own name. Built on strong client relationships and word of mouth, we’re here to deliver reliable support to landholders across Queensland.
Who We Are
David & Ashleigh Draicchio
Dave and Ashleigh Draicchio are the husband-and-wife team behind Muster Up, providing professional aerial and ground support services across Queensland and beyond.
With over 20 years of experience in the cattle industry, Dave has worked his way from a ground ringer through every level of station operation to running a small-scale cattle operation in Central Queensland. That hands-on background, combined with his expertise in aviation and rural logistics, gives Muster Up a practical, results-driven edge that clients trust.
Ashleigh has been heavily involved since the beginning, managing the administration, bookkeeping, and social media, while also playing an active role in the day-to-day operations of their cattle herd. Her organisation and attention to detail keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes and ensure clients receive professional, reliable service.
Based in Emerald, Muster Up works closely with property owners and BAJ Helicopters to deliver CASA-compliant aerial mustering, property inspections, and feral animal control services. Together, Dave and Ashleigh bring a personal, family-driven approach grounded in professionalism, local knowledge, and a deep respect for the land and livestock.

welfare focus to ensure every muster is done right.
Muster Up provides ground crew and support aerial services as a subcontractor to licensed Air Work Certificate holder BAJ Helicopters. All mustering operations are conducted under the operational control and CASA compliance of BAJ Helicopters (AWC number CASA.138AWK.0350). Muster Up is fully integrated into the AWC holder’s safety and health system and operational procedures.
